Hone Tottenham opens on 15 October
Studio workshops on Markfield Road, N15, from £210 a month all in. Large rooms with tall ceilings and lots of light, fitted out in a modern 1970s style.
Our third site opens on Thursday 15 October: studio workshops at 61 Markfield Road in South Tottenham, N15, a short walk from Seven Sisters.
They’re large rooms with tall ceilings, lots of light and huge windows, on the second floor with a large goods lift, and we’re fitting them out in a modern 1970s style. They suit creatives, makers and artists, private or shared, and there is a shared kitchen with full kitchen facilities. They’re priced the way everything at Hone is priced: from £210 a month, all in. Heating, electricity, wifi, business rates, service charge and waste are all in the figure, whether you take a studio on your own or share one.
Tottenham tenants get the same member rates on the machine shops in Limehouse as everyone else, and the same community: more than 150 makers, designers and founders across the group.
