Questions

Plain answers. If yours isn’t here, ask on the tour.

All our questions
How much is a studio?

Unit 15 £645, Unit 15b £645, Unit 10D £675 a month, and shared studios from £350. One monthly price covers utilities, broadband, service charge, waste and coffee.

What does the price include?

One monthly price covers utilities, broadband, service charge, waste and coffee. Most studio businesses pay no business rates once small business rate relief is in place, and we help with the application. No joining fee.

Is it furnished?

No. You get a bare room with brick, timber and light, and you make it yours. Most people bring their own desks and shelving; some build out properly.

Can I alter the room?

Yes. Paint it, shelve it, put machines in it. If you need a sink, extraction or anything else fitted, we can do it at cost and quote it before the work.

How do the contracts work?

Rolling licence. Three months’ notice, two months’ deposit. It’s a licence, not a lease, so there’s no legal bill to get in.

Can two businesses share a studio?

Yes. A shared studio is two companies in one room from £350 a month each. It works when the two get on, and it’s how a few businesses here started.

Can I use the workshops?

Studio tenants get member rates on the machine shops, the dance studios and the photography studios. Every machine needs an induction first.

Are there studios in Tottenham?

Yes: studio workshops at Hone Tottenham from £210 a month, all in, open from 15 October 2026. Viewings are on Thursdays at 10am. See them on the Tottenham studios page.

Do people stay long?

Most members stay for years, and some have been here since we opened in 2018. Studio tenants tend to stay longest, and it’s why woodwork benches rarely come up.

Can I speak to someone?

Email info@honeworkspace.com or WhatsApp 07424 105667. Or book a tour and ask on the way round.
