Privacy policy
Hone, the trading name of Studio Vincent Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), is committed to handling your personal data transparently and securely. We operate workshops, a makerspace and studios at 16 Pixley Street, Limehouse, London E14 7DF, at Markfield Road, London N15, and at 2A and 2B Industrial Estate, Balaclava Road, Fishponds, Bristol BS16 3LJ.

Contact
For any privacy question, email info@honeworkspace.com or write to 16 Pixley Street, Limehouse, London E14 7DF.
What we collect
- Enquiries and bookings. Your name, email address and anything you tell us in a form: the tour you chose, the site, what you make.
- Membership. If you join, the details needed for your agreement, your induction and your access to the buildings, collected at that point and covered by your agreement.
- Technical data. The IP address and browser details that any web server records when a page is requested.
- Security. CCTV on the premises, for safety.
How we use it
- To reply to you, book your tour and send you its details.
- To keep you on a waitlist or opening list and tell you when a bench comes up, which is what you asked for when you joined it.
- To run memberships, inductions and access, and to keep the buildings safe.
- To meet legal obligations, including health and safety and accounting.
We send marketing only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Legal basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on contractual necessity to provide what you asked for, legal obligation, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, and consent for marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Form submissions and mailing lists are held in Brevo, our email service, which processes them on our behalf. Our website is served by Cloudflare. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive measurement data about your visit (see Cookies). We may share data with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Nina, our digital assistant
Nina answers questions in the chat on this site. She is a digital assistant, not a person. What you type in the chat is sent to Anthropic, which provides the model she runs on and processes it on our behalf, and is kept in our own records so the team can follow up and check her answers. We keep a conversation for twelve months after its last message, then delete it. Your browser keeps its own copy for 30 days so the chat carries on where you left it. Please do not put payment details or anything sensitive in the chat.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service you asked for, then for as long as legal and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry or remove you from a list at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted where applicable, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email info@honeworkspace.com.
Cookies
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to see how it is used, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to see whether our adverts worked. Until you press Accept on the cookie notice, none of them stores anything on your device. If you press No thanks, they never do. We keep your answer in one small cookie, hone-cookie-choice, for six months; delete it to be asked again.
Links to other sites
This site links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and Hone Movement Studios. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page.
